Your information.
Handled with care.
Updated 8 September 2026. This notice covers enquiries submitted through the Kernel & Oak website.
What we collect
We collect the name, email address, organisation, project location, timeline, division selection and project description you provide. We record when the enquiry was received and your permission to respond.
How we use it
We use these details to assess your requirement, route it to the relevant Kernel & Oak specialists and communicate with you about the enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in our Supabase database and received through our Vercel website. Access is restricted to authorised people and service providers needed to operate the website and respond to the enquiry. Our database is hosted in Japan; service providers may process technical information in other locations.
Technical information
Hosting providers process connection information to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry service uses a one-way code derived from your network address to limit repeated submissions. It does not save the raw address in the enquiry record. Old rate-limit records are cleared during subsequent submissions. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts.
Retention and your requests
We retain enquiry information while it is needed to respond, manage an engagement or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, contact project@kernelandoak.com with your enquiry reference where available.
Product accounts
This notice covers the corporate enquiry form. Individual products may provide additional privacy information for their accounts and services.
